Once you have purchased or rented your house, we will be pleased to offer
you a full range of services
as detailed below (prices on request).
Repairs and maintenance of all types, to be carried out
either at the house or in our workshops for a fair price.
(eg maintenance and repair of domestic appliances, TV and
radio, lighting or service connections such as telephone
etc)
Garden services, including design and planting, tidying
and watering , even when you are away from the property.
Bills – we will take away the worry of payment
of domestic bills (telephone, water, electricity etc) – we
can make arrangements to pay them when they fall due to avoid
mounting costs.
Cleaning – we
offer a full cleaning service either on a regular basis
or to
prepare for your return so that you come back to a fresh,
clean home.
Interpreter/translation service – we will come
with you to the doctor, dentist, the authorities, craftsmen
etc. We can also offer a translation service for documents,
using an official sworn translator for English.
We offer a Taxi Service to and from the airport in air-conditioned
cars.
Craftsmen – we will negotiate with craftsmen or
tradesmen quickly and reliably for all of your painting/decorating,
carpentry, plumbing etc.
